In an apartment in Northern Delaware, there lived a Hobbit.  Not a nasty, dirty college-type apartment filled with bongs and a dirty laundry smell,  nor yet a bare, empty, and unfurnished apartment with nothing to sit down on, or to eat:  This was a Hobbit's apartment, and that means comfort.

Hello!  You can call me K.  I'm a writer from Maryland.  In 2014, I moved to northern DE to be with my fiance, whom we shall call D.  We live with our dog Oswald and our cat Spaz.

I am a frequent dumpster diver, and from your trash, I unearth treasures... or at least, they will be treasures as soon as I schlep on down to Lowe's and fix them up. 

I enjoy cooking, and while I may not be the fanciest cook in the world, I definitely have a great time doing it, and my friends all seem happy to eat it.

I get crafty sometimes, and spend hours working on DIY and projects.

Here on my blog, I plan to share all of that stuff with my readers, and hope that they get inspired to do some fun stuff of their own and share it! I'm all about learning from others!
